							Foundation
						
International students are welcome to join a 10-months long Foundation Program. Our main goal is the adaptation of international citizens to life in Kazakhstan, in-depth study of Kazakh and Russian languages. The curriculum for international students includes first-year courses of undergraduate programs, which will allow them to enroll in further studies at the university.

How to apply

Undergraduate programs:

Applicants submit the following documents on-line to the university admission committee by August 1, 2018:
					
-	application for admission;
						
-	certificate of high school;
						
-	medical certificate;
						
-	Identity document.
						
There are no entrance examinations for international applicants. Admission takes place after verification of the documents. In case the documents are verified, an applicant is issued an invitation letter. Final admission takes place after depositing tuition fees. Admission deadline is August 25, 2018.

Master programs:

Applicants submit the following documents on-line to the university admission committee by August 10, 2018:
					
-	application for admission;
						
-	Bachelor degree diploma;
						
-	medical certificate;
						
-	Identity document.
						
Applicants take the following examinations held in the period between August 10 and 20, 2018:
						
-	English language (IELTS format);
						
-	Examination on specialty (written form)
						
Applicants who submit IELTS or TOEFL certificates do not take English Language examination:
						
-	Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP – not less than 460 points)
						
-	 Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT, not less than 87 points)
						
-	 Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Paper-based Test (TOEFL PBT, not less than 560 points)
						
-	International English Language Tests System (IELTS, not less than 6.0).

Accommodation

The University will help you find somewhere to live, offer advice and support you while you are in University or private accommodation.

University-allocated accommodation

					
					The University has around 1,000 self-catered single rooms within the walking distance of the main campus.
					
All students are welcome to apply for University-allocated accommodation, with priority given to new international students.

Tuition fees for international students

A tuition fee is payable in each year for every program of study at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. The amount that is payable varies depending on the program.
Fees quoted are for 2018 entry only. Fees for 2019 will be confirmed, subject to government approval, later in 2018.
